CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations for a full refund or store credit are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order.
• Cancellation requests after 12 hours will not be accepted

REFUND POLICY

• Refunds are issued as store credit or back to source within7-10 business days.
• No reverse shipping fees will be charged for return requests.
• The first exchange for size or a different style/product is free.
• For subsequent exchanges or orders placed using a credit note, a non-refundable shipping fee of Rs 199 will apply.
• Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue.
• Shipping fees and gift services (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• Gift cards cannot be returned for their cash value.
