CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY

• COD is available for most pincodes across India.
• We do not offer try-and-buy or open box deliveries.
• You must pay the courier partner before opening your parcel.
• The courier partner cannot process exchanges or returns.
• All returns and exchanges must be handled through our Customer Care team.
