Return & Refund Policy
EXCHANGE & RETURN PROCESS
- To request an exchange or return, email us at support@sukhara.com
- A reverse pickup will be arranged within 48 hours of your request.
- Please reuse the original packaging, including the cloth bag, to ensure proper care during transit.
- Items must be in their original condition with all labels and tags intact, unused, unwashed, and free of stains or damage.
- Once your returned item is verified at our facility, we will process your exchange or return.
- It typically takes 10-15 days to complete an exchange or return.
REFUND POLICY
- Refunds are issued as store credit or back to source within7-10 business days.
- No reverse shipping fees will be charged for return requests.
- The first exchange for size or a different style/product is free.
- For subsequent exchanges or orders placed using a credit note, a non-refundable shipping fee of Rs 199 will apply.
- Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue.
- Shipping fees and gift services (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Gift cards cannot be returned for their cash value.
SALE OR DISCOUNT POLICY
- Discounted products are eligible for size exchanges only, with a return shipping fee of Rs 199 (applicable if the requested size is in stock).
- Returns are not accepted for discounted or sale merchandise.
- This applies to items bought at a discount, through an offer, or with a promotional code.
MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEM POLICY
- Claims for missing or damaged items must be made within 2 days of receiving the parcel.
- Photos of the item(s) and the delivery parcel are required for our investigation.
- Our customer care team will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations for a full refund or store credit are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order.
- Cancellation requests after 12 hours will not be accepted.
